Cooking from the Heart
Cooking from the Heart (CFTH) is a free, heart-healthy cookbook series, developed in partnership with the Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa. This award-winning initiative forms part of our broader patient support programme and offers nutritional education through healthy eating guidelines, meal plans and easy-to-follow recipes.
Since its launch in 2012, CFTH has grown into a trusted resource for both healthcare professionals and patients – helping to prevent and manage conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. Over the years, we expanded the series, bringing you world class resources that have been recognised by the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
Serving family favourites, diabetic-friendly or gourmet DASH meals to delight the foodie, each CFTH edition is crafted with input from chefs, dietitians and health experts to make healthy eating simple, sustainable and delicious.
